Pedro Pablo has focused his practice on advising water rights issues (including the incipient market for desalination and projects of this type), sanitary law, electric law, sanctioning, environmental, and aquaculture, participating in consultancies related to the development of title deed studies, purchases, reports, administrative procedures, and project development. Also in regulated markets in general, especially advising to energy companies in the different areas of the business (with special emphasis on the generation and transmission segments), both in regulatory matters and in the negotiation of supply contracts; financing and implementation of projects, acquisition of assets and companies; tenders and other administrative processes.
