Arturo has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, administrative proceedings and domestic arbitration, participating in the later both as a litigant and Clerk of Arbitrators members of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago (CAM Santiago), the most relevant arbitral institution in Chile.

Likewise, Arturo has participated in international commercial arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), as well as proceedings administered by the American Bar Association (ABA) and Ad Hoc Arbitrators in the United States. Arturo has acted in disputes related to the areas of infrastructure, construction, transportation and banking, among others, and regulated by the laws of Colombia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, the United States and Venezuela.
