Advice to the Lating Gaming group, in the sale of 100% of the shares held by Casino de Juegos del Pacifico S.A. and Gran Casino Los Angeles S.A., companies that currently operate gaming casinos in the cities of San Antonio and Los Angeles, respectively. The aforementioned sale was made to the Enjoy group, controlled by Advent International Corporation, and also considers the acquisition by the latter of the operation of the Hotel Casino del Pacífico.
