The national media, Diario Financiero, published an article about the search for measures for the modernization of systems and data protection by the public sector, as well as the security and privacy challenges that this new digital environment entails.

Regarding current regulations, our partner Andrés Rodríguez explained that, while these provide a legal framework in line with international standards, it is crucial to assess whether these are sufficient to meet emerging challenges, adding that, “rapid technological evolution and the increasing sophistication of cyber threats may require updates and strengthening of existing regulations.”
