Barros & Errázuriz advised Consorcio (as leasing investor) in the corporate venture capital operation consisting of the direct investment in a capital round in the technology company “Rocketbot” dedicated to the development of process automation robots (RPA) and with operations in Chile, United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil, among other countries, and preparing operations in the United States and Europe. The advice consisted of the Rocketbot due diligence process, negotiation and closing of transaction documents (stock purchase agreement, stockholders agreement and other related documents), under the jurisdiction of Chile and Delaware.
