Barros & Errázuriz succesfully advised Quintero Energía SpA in the structuring, negotiation and closing of the sales and purchase agreement of the 100% outstanding shares of Empresa Eléctrica Ventanas SpA, own by AES Andes S.A., which own and operate, respectively, the Ventanas thermoelectric power generation complex, located in Puchuncaví. Region of Valparaíso, and which has an installed capacity of up to 540 MW.
