Barros & Errázuriz advised Total Eren in the agreement for the acquisition of 50% of the “Santa Isabel” electrical project owned by SunPower Corporation, a 190 MW photovoltaic solar power plant, located in the Antofagasta Region, Chile.

The advice of the Barros & Errázuriz team focused on several stages; the first, related to due diligence processes and, as second, the support in the contracts for the closing of the transaction. The latter also considered tax advice and regarding regulations relevant to the subject. In addition, the Firm supported Total Eren in the constitution of the vehicle through which it was officially installed in Chile.
