On February 28, 2025, the Financial Market Commission (“CMF”) published General Rule No. 532, which creates the Information System Manual for Investment Funds, which establishes mechanisms and deadlines for the submission of information from the General Fund Managers regarding the investment funds managed and amends General Rule No. 365 of 2014, which establishes, among others, the minimum contents of the regulations of the internal regulations of investment funds.
