On May 31 the Argentinian site Abogados.com.ar, published the article “Compliance in Antitrust: from paper to the action”, written by our Barros & Errázuriz lawyers, Francisco Bórquez and Macarena Viertel.

The article is based on two recent cases from Chile, where the Free Competition Tribunal (TDLC) ruled the cases “Supermarkets” and “Shipping Companies”. On the first case, the TDLC reduced by 15% the fine imposed on companies, on the second, the entity ordered the companies involved to follow a compliance program.
