Nicole is a senior associate in Barros & Errázuriz’s Dispute Resolution group. She has focused her practice on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has extensive experience in civil liability, tort law, engineering and construction projects and class actions.

She also acts constantly as an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and in ad hoc arbitrations.
