Catalina has focused her practice on advising local and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, local and international capital markets, corporate reorganizations, cross-border transactions, and general corporate counseling. She complements her experience with a strong involvement in the venture capital field and in the development and implementation of new business initiatives. Between 2022 and 2024, she pursued an MBA at Babson College, recognized for its leadership in entrepreneurship and innovation, and worked as a fellow at the venture capital firm Mendoza Ventures in Boston.
