María Pilar is an associate of the Labor group at Barros & Errázuriz.

She has centered her practice in advising all types of companies in the management of various labor matters, such as compensation, complex work shifts, terminations, incentive plans, harassment investigations, collective bargaining, outsourcing and EST. In addition, she has worked in the handling of labor litigation in matters of dismissals, guardianships, anti-union practices, dismissals and challenges to administrative fines.
