Our partner, Andrés Rodríguez, referred to the personal data protection bill in the national media El Mercurio. The regulation seeks to adapt the treatment of these data to the standard of the Old Continent for changes and modifications in the companies and entities that use them.

Regarding what still needs to be revised, Andrés pointed out that the effective graduation of fines should be applied, that is to say, that companies with higher invoicing should be sanctioned with higher fines.
