Barros & Errázuriz advised Fondo Esperanza in its debut in the Capital Market with World Bank IFC trade finance.
Fondo Esperanza – an entity that supports female entrepreneurship through the granting of loans – will become the first Chilean microfinance institution to issue debt in the capital market. The resources of this program will be used to finance small enterprises led by women in some of the 260 communes where Fondo Esperanza is present in the country.
