On May 10, 2023, Law 21,563 was published in the Official Gazette, which amends Law 20,720 on the Reorganization and Liquidation of Companies and Individuals in several aspects. Pursuant to Transitory Article 1 of Law 21,563, it will enter into force three months after its publication in the Official Gazette, that is, on August 10 of the current year.
