In relation to the application of Law No. 20.920 which establishes the Framework on Waste Management, Extended Producer Responsibility and Recycling Promotion, on 22 May 2024 the Ministry of Environment issued the Exempt Resolution No. 1025/2024, by means of which it requires the delivery of information to the Producers of Priority Products indicated therein.
