On June 20, 2022, Law No. 21.459 on computer crimes was published in the Official Gazette, the purpose of which is to update the regulatory framework that regulates this type of crimes in Chile.

The Data Protection team of Barros & Errázuriz prepared the following report with the modifications introduced by the Law.
