On October 8, 2005, Diario Oficial published the Regulations for Small Scale Media (“DS 88”), which replaces Supreme Decree 244 of 2005 of the Ministry of Economy, Development and Reconstruction (“DS 244”) and will enter into force within 30 days from that date.
