On 27 December 2023, a general instruction of the Superintendency of the Environment was published in the Official Gazette for the delivery of information related to compliance with collection and recovery targets in the context of Law No. 20.920, which establishes the Framework for Waste Management, Extended Producer Responsibility and Promotion of Recycling (‘REP Law’).
