Last Thursday during the ceremony for the 2025 Project & Infrastructure Finance Awards by LatinFinance, we were recognized with the Water / Sanitation Financing of the Year award for our role as sponsor counsel to the consortium formed by Almar Water Solutions and Transelec in the financing titled “SIAM I & II Seawater Impulsion System Financing.”

This financing of approximately USD 1.5 billion was granted by a syndicate of more than 25 banks and financial institutions and will enable the development of a seawater impulsion system to support the operations of Minera Centinela of Antofagasta Minerals.
