We advised JX Advanced Metals Corporation, as sellers, in the transaction with Lundin Mining involving the transfer of an additional 5% interest in SCM Minera Lumina Copper Chile, owner of the Caserones mine, together with an ownership interest in the Los Helados project and a royalty over such project, both located in the Atacama Region, Chile.

The transaction enabled Lundin Mining to increase its interest in Caserones to 75%.
