Martín focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financing and project finance, and capital markets. He regularly advises local and international clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, competitive processes, structured financings, and corporate reorganizations.

Before rejoining Barros & Errázuriz as a Senior Associate, he was a Visiting Lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, where he participated in international M&A, project finance, and structured finance transactions, gaining experience across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, mining, technology, and venture capital.
