Barros & Errázuriz assessed Sungrow Power Chile SpA for the acquisition of two PMGD (Small Means of Distributed Generation) with installed capacity of 9 MW and 3 MW.

The legal advice included counseling in energy, corporate, environmental, mining and real estate matters.

The above meant that B&E gave an integrated assessment of the projects, starting with a detailed due diligence which culminated with the execution of a share purchase agreement of the two projects.
