Isidora is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution area at Barros & Errázuriz.

She has focused her entire practice on handling civil and commercial litigation before Ordinary and Superior Courts, as well as in National Arbitration, working on cases involving civil liability, corporate disputes, construction, and partitions, among others. She has extensive experience in consumer law, leading the Consumer Law and Advertising area at Barros & Errázuriz, where she provides preventive legal advice in these matters, as well as managing individual lawsuits and collective actions, representing clients from various industries.

During 2016 and 2017, she served as the Permanent Secretary of the Conciliation and Arbitration Commission for Public Works, and continued working with the Commission as an Alternate Secretary until 2021. Additionally, she continuously acts as the Clerk for the Arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago) and for ad-hoc Arbitrators.
