Mary Anne is a Senior Associate in the Corporate M&A practice group. She focuses her practice on advising local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financing and international commercial transactions, as well as providing corporate advice to local clients on their day-to-day operations. Additionally, she has experience in structuring preferred equity financings and planning real estate projects, including designing development structures tailored to the specific characteristics of each project.
