Colomba is an associate in the Capital Markets practice group at Barros & Errázuriz.

Her practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on capital markets and corporate law matters, with particular emphasis on securities regulation, securities offerings, investment fund structuring, advising publicly traded companies and fund managers, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.

Between 2025 and 2026, she served as Legal Counsel in the EPC & Projects Department at Grenergy, a Spanish renewable energy company with an international presence. In this role, she advised on the structuring and negotiation of EPC contracts, equipment supply agreements, and operation and maintenance agreements for renewable energy and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across various jurisdictions, as well as on the management of legal and contractual risks associated with their development and execution.

She was also a member of the Finance and Capital Markets Committee of the British-Chilean Chamber of Commerce.
