Nicolás, a partner at Barros & Errázuriz, has 30 years of professional experience developing the areas of infrastructure, banking and finance, and mergers and acquisitions of the firm. Through industrial, infrastructure, energy, real estate and new technology projects, Nicolás has represented developers, banks and financial institutions, public works concessionaires, construction and engineering companies, foreign investors, sponsors and shareholders in general, both in Chile as abroad.
