María Olga has focused her practice on structured and corporate financing and the purchase and sale of companies. She has taken part in projects related to the acquisition of electric companies, the construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal, the development of the first sulfuric acid production plant in the country, construction and financing of projects in the infrastructure area, among others.
