Carola, partner at Barros & Errázuriz, has 20 years of experience advising important companies in tax matters at a domestic and international level. She has specialized in cross-border operations, Mergers and Acquisitions and business reorganizations.

She contributed to the Chilean Chapter for the IBFD Guide on Taxation and Transfer Pricing for 2015, an annual publication prepared by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation and has acted in various national and international seminars as a guest speaker, contributing with her vast tax experience.

She is the Partner in charge of our relationship with the Taxand network.

Currently she is part of the Affinitas Diversity Committee and Gender Equality Committee at the firm, promoting internal initiatives towards commitment to the community and diversity in the legal world.
