In the context of a refinancing operation, Barros & Errázuriz advised GNL Ameris IPM SpA in the subscription of a new long-term credit agreement, which included a long-term facility of US$55,000,000 and a revolving facility of US$5,000,000 with Industrial Bank of Korea, Hong Kong Branch, in its capacity as administrative agent and lender; Woori Global Markets Asia Limited; Woori Bank, Hong Kong Branch; and Industrial Bank of Korea acting as lenders.

The firm also advised GNL Ameris IPM SpA in the execution of a new depositary agreement with the same administrative agent and Banco de Crédito e Inversiones as the depositary bank.

Finally, the firm advised on the execution of security documents governed by Chilean law.
