Barros & Errázuriz advised Consorcio during a financing round process organized by the Chilean SaaS company Regcheq SpA, which provides technologic solutions for the digitalization, automation and centralization of the management of the entire compliance process and the mitigation of non-financial risks of companies.

The SaaS offers its clients the ability to enter transactions and monitor the evaluated profiles online. In addition, it generates reports and notifications for status changes and/or suspicious transaction detection. Now, it is focused on continuing its development for the recently integrated markets in its portfolio.

This financing round aims at raising funds for the continuing growth of the Company in Brasil and its recent landing in Mexico.

Our team advised Consorcio in connection with its participation in the financing round process and its investment in Regcheq, which was consummated by means of a convertible note, and with the internationalization process of the company.
