Legal assistance and representation to Esval S.A. on proceedings instituted for the modification of land-use provided by the master plan of the city of Algarrobo, Chile, for a property where the city’s water treatment plant is located. Our department initiated negotiations with the Municipality of Algarrobo, in order to regularize the water treatment plant, which needs “Sanitary Infrastructure” land-use, and does not count with it.
