We advised the founding shareholders of SunRoof SpA, a Latin American platform specializing in energy decarbonization, on the sale of the company’s shares to Exagon Impact Capital. This cross-border transaction was led by our New York office.

This transaction represents a strategic milestone for SunRoof, which will now serve as Exagon’s operational and financial hub in Mexico and across Latin America, supporting the rollout of 250 MWp in solar energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
