Barros & Errázuriz advised Sundes, a Chilean startup dedicated to short- and medium-term vacation rentals, during its seed financing round, in which Chilean and international.

The funds raised are aimed at developing the company’s international expansion throughout and consolidating its current portfolio of properties in Chile. Indeed, Sundes currently has a charter of 300 units in Chile and aims to have 1,000 properties on offer in the next 24 months.
