On December 19, 2023, the Senate approved the bill contained in “Bulletin No. 15,510-08”, which amends provisions of the Mining Code; Law No. 21,420, which “Reduces or Eliminates Tax Exemptions”; the Organic Constitutional Law on Mining Concessions; and Decree Law No. 3,525, of 1980, which “Creates the National Geology and Mining Service”.
