Our Senior Associate Carolina Cabrera S., member of the Technology and Data Protection area of Barros & Errázuriz, was invited to participate as a panelist of the Data and Cybersecurity Privacy Symposium organized by the American studio JONES DAY® in Mexico City, and in which regulatory authorities of different countries of Latin America participated, as well as members of Compliance and IT Security of important companies.

His presentation focused on data privacy and information security clauses in software contracts, mainly related to the special regulation of Banking in Chile regarding the outsourcing of technology services and the relevant contractual clauses in that industry.
