Barros & Errázuriz advised Cruzados S.A.D.P. in the registration and automatic placement of a line of bonds, which proceeds shall be used for the purpose of the remodeling project of the San Carlos de Apoquindo stadium.

The bond issuance considers as guarantees in favor of the bondholders a surety from a subsidiary of Cruzados, as well as a pledge on the rights of the Naming Rights contract of the stadium executed with Claro S.A.
