On Saturday, August 23, the Claro Arena Stadium was officially inaugurated, one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Chile in recent years and a milestone in the country’s sporting and urban development.

Barros & Errázuriz played a key role in this project, advising Cruzados SADP on the management and obtaining of the necessary urban planning authorizations for the operation of the new stadium, as well as on financing matters through the issuance of two bonds, one of which is convertible into shares.

Our team’s participation involved different areas of the firm, in this case, Capital Markets and Urban Planning, reflecting B&E’s comprehensive capacity to tackle highly complex projects.
The new venue, designed to the highest international standards, underwent a rigorous regulatory compliance and approval process, in which specialized legal advice was essential to make its development and launch viable.
