Diego has a Social Sciences degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). With 14 years of extensive experience, he has advised both local and international clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, project finance and construction, financing and corporate matters.
