On August 25, 2020 the National Economic Prosecutor´s Office (FNE) releases a market study on public procurement. The Study refers sprecifically to those public purchases regulated by Law Nº 19.886 of Bases on Administrative Contratcs fot the Supply and Rendering of Services, known as the “Public Procurement Law”.

This law constitutes the main mechanism through wich State bodies conclude contracts with individuals for the satisfaction of public needs.
