David, partner at Barros & Errázuriz, is the team leader of public law area.

With a deep knowledge of administrative law, David has advised and represented public and private entities as well as participated in administrative proceedings before government entities and taken part in civil and administrative litigation before the ordinary courts of justice.

David also has extensive knowledge of the telecommunications and energy sectors, and has participated in complex litigation cases, including international arbitrations.
