Legal advice to Scotiabank in the sell process of the El Faro office, located in Avenida Apoquindo, Las Condes, to BICE Vida Compañía de Seguros, necessary land for the latter, for the development of the Proyecto Nueva Manquehue, located in the neighboring property. The operation included the negotiation and closing of a lease agreement with BICE of commercial premises located in a tower of the Proyecto Nueva Manquehue, in order to maintain the continuity of its operations in the sector, and the negotiation and closing of an increase agreement of price, in case BICE obtains a greater constructibility for its Project, by virtue of the land sold by Scotiabank.
