On June 1, 2021, Law No. 21,342 was published in the Official Gazette, which establishes a Mandatory Individual Health Insurance associated with COVID-19, as well as the obligation to develop and implement a COVID-19 Occupational Health Safety Protocol , which has some other modifications in terms of teleworking and licenses, among others.

The standards incorporated by virtue of this law will be applied during the time that the health alert decreed because of the new Coronavirus COVID-19 strain is in force.
