In his analysis, Alberto highlights the milestone of the Supreme Decree to be issued by the Ministry of Economy to classify existing permits into new categories, as this typology will determine maximum processing timeframes and the effect of administrative silence (i.e., whether a lack of response implies approval or rejection).
