The constitution of the Private Investment Funds Invexor Innovation I was agreed upon, managed by Invexor Capital S.A., PIF that maintains investment commitments up to 75,000 UF. The manager, on behalf of the PIF, applied to the “Financing Advisory Program for Investment Funds of Venture Capital – Early Stages Fund(FT)” that CORFO maintains, an entity that, on December 1, 2017, agreed to authorize the opening of a line of credit in its favor, for up to 150,000 UF.
