We are pleased to share Issue 25 No. 2 of The Legal Industry Reviews, an international publication featuring key developments from the legal industry.
In this edition, our lawyers Diego Ovalle, Partner, and Jerónimo Amenábar, Senior Associate, authored the article “Concurrent Delays in Construction Contracts: A Concept in Search of Criteria,” in which they examine one of the most debated issues in construction contract management, reviewing the main approaches to concurrent delays and their impact on the allocation of responsibilities and risks.
