In the framework of the partnership that Barros & Errázuriz has established with Start Up Chile to advise its network of entrepreneurs, during April we delivered the first recognition and subsequent advice to José Tomás Arenas Cavalli, who obtained the 1st place in the #TechEvening of Health 2018, with its Telediagnósticos project (https://lnkd.in/d-T97hE).

The Tech Evenings are monthly events of different themes, where the best ventures of a particular industry are presented, with the aim of matching the needs of the company with the solutions offered by the entrepreneurs.

Regarding the winning project, it was selected among 9 innovations. Telediagnósticos (teledx.org) with its Dart product, part of the Start-Up Chile Scale Generation 4, offers technological solutions for the early detection and prevention of diseases, with the cause most common loss of vision in the working population. DART is a cloud-based software that points to the signs of retinal diseases in digital images using artificial intelligence.

This alliance, agreed with the firm’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation area, seeks to support the growth of projects of great relevance, which allow it to be a contribution to society.
