Jerónimo has focused his practice on project finance, acquisition finance, infrastructure, and mergers and acquisitions. He has significant experience advising banks, investment funds, and companies on transactions both domestically and internationally. He has been involved in transactions across various industries, including energy, mining, transportation, ports, and public works concessions, where he has also participated in the negotiation of contracts necessary for the development and operation of energy and infrastructure projects. Previously, he worked at Milbank LLP in New York as part of the Global Projects, Energy, and Infrastructure Finance team, participating in various transactions across Latin America.
