Matías has focused his practice on tax issues, participating in several fiscal structure transactions in a variety of cross-border businesses and industries, for both domestic and international companies, including energy and infrastructure companies.

In addition, he has actively participated in several financing projects, tax planning, tax audits and administrative procedures before the tax authority, tax advice related to foreign investment projects, among others.
