He advises domestic and international groups on inbound and outbound investments, cross-border financings, holding and joint-venture structures, and the implementation of legislative and regulatory changes. While in the United Kingdom, he gained substantive experience in comparative and international tax, with a focus on treaty interpretation, BEPS/MLI developments, and regulatory analysis.
