Barros & Errázuriz advised BTG Pactual Fondo Renta Residencial in the purchase of three buildings from the SU KSA group, through the acquisition of all the shares of their respective owner companies and the loans they maintained with their shareholders. The buildings are located, respectively, in the communes of Independencia and Estación Central and their purpose is to use them for residential or multifamily rental.

The advice of Barros and Errázuriz consisted of conducting a due diligence of the title deeds of the properties where the buildings are located, of the urban and regulatory aspects of the buildings, and a legal and tax due diligence of the owner companies. .

Likewise, Barros y Errázuriz advised on the negotiation and preparation of all the documents related to the acquisition of the companies and the loans with related parties, the entry of BTG as sole shareholder and the documents related to the administration of the buildings by the Su Ksa group.

Finally, this advice also included the negotiation of the conditions for increasing Su Ksa’s participation as a contributor to the fund, derived from the sale of the buildings in the manner described above.
